Autumn Woods by Quadrant Homes
Welcome to the neighborhood!
Located south of Tacoma, Washington, Autumn Woods sits in the Fredrickson area of unincorporated Pierce County just outside of Spanaway. In an area bustling with new home construction, Autumn Woods is in the early phase of home construction. The first families to take residence in their new homes at Autumn Woods moved in at the start of December!
I first heard about Autumn Woods when I began looking to move up to Washington. With my new job allowing me to work from home, and therefore home could be anywhere, I was eager to move out of Los Angeles and go Home. The price of houses in King County are higher than I am ready to consider. However, nestled in Pierce County I found this developing neighborhood that caught my fancy. So when Raven and I made our move, it did not take me long to jump in the car and head down to see what this home building is all about.
Walking into the Autumn Woods management building late one afternoon, I was greeted by a couple of very pleasant ladies who sent me over to the model homes to take a look. When I returned I got to chat a little with Kimberley and Laura. The two ladies were great to chat with, and soon had me sharing a bit of my lifes story (which I am always willing to talk about!). With a little literature and a good feeling about what I was looking to get into, I bid farewell to the ladies and returned to our apartment thinking, "Maybe I can do this!"
Within a week I was back, this time with Raven.
And so it began, our working with Quadrant Homes. Along the way we have met some neat people. Laura is our Community Sales Manager, Todd is the money man. At the New Home Showroom we worked with several ladies and gentlemen. It has been fun!
