Christmas 2006

This winter Raven and I got an opportunity to spend a week anywhere in the RCI resort network for a very minimal fee.  Since the stipulation for the vacation was that it be taken during the holiday season, prior to the end of the year, we decided to celebrate my completion of the first semester back in college by stepping away from our normal lives, and making a new memory together.  We found the nearest resort we could to The Grand Canyon, and booked the week.  We left Los Angeles on Saturday, December 16, pointed the car east, and enjoyed the stunning drive into the sunrise and the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona.
